Services for NonProfits and Governmental Units
Do you contract with a cemetery to clear your cremains closet or to settle indigent accounts? We can reduce your costs and provide a more dignified and respectful final rest than most cemeteries can offer.
We have programs structured for governmental units and nonprofits who manage the remains of multiple unrelated decedents. Our programs offer a dignified, cost-conscious alternative to impersonal interments. As with all of our scattering, full documentation of services performed and locations visited will be filed on FindAGrave.com and with the requesting client.
Scattering for nonprofits and government are performed at scenic, natural areas that do not require extensive permitting or fees and which can accommodate multiple decedents. River Journeys, which follow a river system to end in a lake or ocean, is our most economical option. For scatterings on land, we maintain a 10x10 ft area for each individual (unless commingling is specified). In all cases, we document the GPS coordinates for each in the FindAGrave database.

Pricing
For most of our clients, the cost of our personalized services is less than the cost of a traditional burial and funeral.
Standard services for multiple, unrelated scatterings may be adjusted to include videos, readings, or other additions (or subtractions) according to the needs of the requesting organization.
